2001 Ford Windstar Repair Question

The power seat on my is only moving forward, up, and down.
I tried moving the seat, and it just does not move backwards. I am tall, and I moved it forwards, but it just wont move back.

Check to see if there is power from the switch when moving back. The switch may be bad.
