Ford Ranger Compression Problem

Rebuilt engine complete. Cam and crank in time. Cam sensor reinstalled to match marks. Has 65 psi fuel pressure, new coil, plugs (gapped to spec), plug wires (routing confirmed to firing order and coil position), new fuel pump, filter. Heater core replaced, and theft light flashing every two seconds. Cranks well, but will not start. sounds like it wants to but will not. Solution?

did you check compression??

you may have lost the security if the light is flashing which will require dealer to get it out of the security mode
