My Ford Ranger has a blown head gasket. Actually, it happened in November and I didn't have the money to fix it so it just sat during the winter. By letting it sit for months, is there increased damage? Also, would it be worth fixing being that it alre

the water in the cylinders may have starting pitting the walls. yes, you may have much more damage.
