I have a wheel noise at low speeds, it is very metallic in sound. It sounds even more pronounced, if say I am at a drive thru and turn my wheel, it sounds like a creaking when rolling.

Time for an inspection at a tire and alignment shop. Ford is well-known for ball joint and tie rod end problems. This isn't so prevalent now, but in the past it was very common for Ford's ball joints to check out fine, then start squeaking a few hundred miles later, and separate a few hundred more miles later leading to a crash. If the noise is coming from the ball joints, have them replaced right away.
