2001 Ford Mondeo Repair Question

I have a ford mondeo, i have a knocking and grinding noise on the front n/s wheel. All wheel nuts are tight

The noise is coming from the front n/s wheel, constantly knocking and grinding causing vibrations through the steering wheel.

could be axle or bearings problem.
