FORD FOCUS ALTERNATOR PROBLEM

2001 Ford Focus • 150 miles

So I have a 2001 ford focus zx3, it's a 5 speed, and lately it's been randomly stalling and when you go to restart it. It just doesn't turn over, when I turn the key there is no sound whatsoever. Then, if I go back in about a half an hour it will turn over and start just fine. After you start it, you can drive it about a quarter mile and it stalls again. I just changed the battery, mass airflow sensor, plugs and wires, and oil. I have heard a few different things just trying to figure something out before I go spending a ton of money on something that won't fix it. I've been looking around a lot at forums and stuff and they say it could be; a sensor, the ignition switch, clutch safety switch, or the alternator. I would go get the alternator tested but I fear it will stall on the way. Any ideas?
