2001 Ford Focus vacum problem

I had a vacum leak in my car. I replaced the hose. Now the car won't idle alone and if I let it idle for a couple minutes it over heats. Could the air flow in the engine be clogged and how do I fix it.

i'm sending a diagram of a 2.0Lsohc if yours is different it should be like this unless you have a different engine. also clean throttle plate on both sides with choke cleaner and iac hole.
