Ford Focus Coolant Problem

The heat works for 2 minutes than you have to shut it off for 2 minutes for it to work again

is it blowing air???

check coolant level. has it overheated??

it has not overheated just put anti freeze in it will not blow hot air when idling and only stays hot still for about 2 minutes than if you shut the fan off for a minute it blows hot for about 2 minutes

you may have a bad heater core. make sure there is sufficient coolant in the radiator
