2001 Ford F-150 Repair Question

Ford F-150 Engine Problem
"Check engine soon" light came on. I had a parts place check the code and it said it was plug/coil on the #1 cylinder. But, those parts were replaced in April 2012. Why would the same code be displayed 7 months after repair? What could be another possible problem?

What was code? P0301? light off for 7 mo. then came on again?
