Don't know if it was supposed to b on tdc or not. ). I replaced the plugs and changed the oil because it was full of gas. I had an alarm system (Clifford) I at seemed to b a problem getting it to start. The key will not turn it over . I jump the sylinoid, but it only acts like its gonna start. New wires new coil etc.. what is my problem

If there is an aftermarket alarm system, I would remove it. Chances are it is causing problems. As far as the no start, are you getting spark and fuel to the engine?
