My 2001 ford explorer the blower motor cuts out when accelerating then comes back on when the motor slows down

When accelerating or going up hills where the rpms go above 3 the blower motor cuts out and then back on when the rpms fall below 2 the blower motor fan comes back on really noticeable when fan is on high.

it sounds like a voltage problem. you need to monitor the voltage at the blower when the problem happens. does it do it without the van moving??
