I am going to be running two 12 inch subs and a amp the amp is 3000 watts max peak power. I am also running a 12v electric air horn, and some led strips. I also am installing an aftermarket indash stereo, that outputs about 200 watts. will my stock battery be able to power this much

I would worry more about the alternator keeping up with the need.

I would go to a rebuilder and have them beef up the output of the alternator.otherwise, you will have an imminent failure.
