Ford AC Compressor question

Hi I have a question about AC compressors. My AC compressor in my 2001 for explorer v8 is shot. So i went to a pick yard to pick up a work AC compressor for cheap. here is one i found that looked very similar. I'm wondering if these to AC compressors are interchangeable:
