Ford Expedition Turn signals Problem

Where is the "flasher relay", I think that's what it's called, located under the dash of my 2001 Ford Expedition? It is supposed to control the turn signals and the hazard lights?

one flasher controls the turn signals another flasher controls the flashers. They are usually near the fuse panel for in it.the flashers have a green stripe around it for the hazards and the other for the turn signals as a yellow band around the flasher.check the owners manual for exact location.

Don't mean to butt in, I was looking up the location. My info says behind center of dash. Blower/flasher relay block.
