2001 Ford Expedition Repair Question

Ford Expedition Engine Problem

Engine performance driveability is fine, No Check Engine light, No Miss fire, No Withe or Blue Smoke out of tail pipe, Drives fine
Oil is geting in the resevwar, there is no adapter(cooler at Oil Filter) oilo filter bolts staright in to the engine block, Oil cap and dipstick dosn't show coolant in the crankcase. ?? base on miles and model, Year what is the most comun fasilure in this vehicle 4.6l Triton engine, please advise!

145 miles,, really?????

oil in the overflow indicates a block issue from overheating. did this overheat badly at any time??
