Hello there.
my vehicle is a fiat brava 1.2 2001 and the problem I have with the wipers
is that when I switch the front wipers off they stop immediately without
going to rest position. I do have a haynes manual but it does not cover this
problem the motor works fine linkage fine just it does not continue to rest position.
does the whole motor need replaced or is there something else that needs replaced?
thank you for your time with this.

It's not parking, we don't have any info for that car but there may be a circuit board that has gone bad in motor that won't let it park. Check with an auto parts if they have it.

The manual also covers fiat bravo that is in your list of vehicle
it may be advisable to look there foa an answer if it is not to much truble
i will also re check my manual ans fuse boxes for and relays that relate
to the vehicles front wipers.
Thank you again in advance.

Ok this was 1 of a few problems but seeing as you do not
cover this type of vehicle that had been produced over a 10 year period
i gues that in this case
you could not help me. Strange as it may be but it seems that this simple question could not be answerd by your selves.
Never mind I shall replace the whole thing
seeing as on a few froums thay seem to point towards the relay
being the circular part on the item.
Like I said before I will check both fuse /relay bords aswell again
just in case.
Thank you for replying so quickly.
