2001 Dodge Ram startup

When starting my truck it wont crank, when it does finally crank the wipers turn signal radio doesn;t work but in the on position everything works weird. I really need a answer to this issue thanks.

I would suspect that you are having a problem with the Smart Junction Box which is basically a fuse box but it has modules and relays internally.

It would take a high quality, professional scan tool to diagnose it. I would check all the power and ground connections first though.
