2001 Dodge Ram codes

The code # is 1494. The problem is that the book says that it's the fan speed is slow. The paper I got back when I got a smog done says that it's the oxygen sensors. What can I do and how can I fix it. Really confused.

That's not what I see.

"P1494 Leak detection pump pressure switch or mechanical fault"

That would be related to the fuel tank leak testing pump.
