Doge neon skipping
My 2001 dodge neon recently when im driving it buckles a little kind of jumps back. I noticed this only happens every other year and when its extremely hot outside

Thats going to be tough to find as intermintant of a problem it is.Have you thought of maybe fuel contamination?Like water etc?
