My 01 Caravan was stolen and they punched the ignition. I got it back in not to bad of shape except when I put in a new Ignition cylinder, it won't shift. I found a rod that if I pull it back it will let the car shift but I can't figure out hoe to do it with out manuelly pulling the rod back. Any sugestions?
