Air conditioner will not come on, air/heat fan inside auto will not come on, radiator fan does not come on. Mechanic has gone through complete electrical system, relays, connections, grounds are all good. Cannot find anyone nearby that has the software needed to re-flash the ECM. Going to take one out of a partscar and see if it remedies the problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Checked under tire well, found the relay, but there is no ground there. There is a ground next to the nozzle to fill the windshield fluid and it is ok.

Put in new ECM, and same situation. No AC, no climate control fan, no radiator/collant fan, no rear window defogger. All relays have checked out. What could it possibly be? Any suggestions?
