The right seat belt doesn't pull down and is stuck even when giggerling it a bit. No move ment. Removed plastic covers to reveal the bottom piece where belt wrapps around. But not sure if i should or how to remove the piece as it looks like hard metal clips holding piece in place. Is there a way to fix the seat belt problem. Thanks
