Do I have to remove timing cover to repair the broken neck that the (by pass) hose attaches to the back of the timing cover, or can this be done on the vehicle? I've read this is a pretty common problem with them rusting off,and am going to attempt to tap & insert a threaded nipple in its place,do you have any further suggestion's on this matter, they'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
