Transmission shifting high rpm

2001 chrysler sebring 4 door sedan. Just had transmission serviced due to shifting at 4000rpm. still does it and when coming to a stop it idles up high and jumps before stopping. what is the cause of this a sensor or transmission clutches going bad in it?

Check computer for trouble codes and check shift solenoids. NOTE: trans pressure can be low and cause this too.
