How often should a car's "Rear Differential" be done?

Every time I take my car in for service- oil change, fluid flush, Tire rotation, etc. I told I should have this service done. The last 2 years, I just tell them I have to end the conversation. I understand what the Differential does-- but if 75% of my driving in straight line freeway driving- should it be done every 75K miles/100K or more frequent?

I would say as long as it is full and clean, every 75 to 100K is fine. Refer to your owner's manual for specifics from the manufacturer.
