300M leaking water into interior when it rains. Dealer thought it was door gaskets. Replaced driver-side and driver-side rear gasktes. (Only happening on that side).
Last 5 day rain storm had about 2 inches of water in rear floor(car was parked on a slanted driveway)
I have searched the car and have found no evidence of water. No calcium trails or rust or even water dripping. However it is getting in, it's doing so undetected.
thought it might be our XM radio antenna so removed it and moved it to the interior. Still getting water in the interior.
Dealer also thought it might be getting in from under the car. However, it only gets wet when car is stationary.
Dealer and mechanics are stumped. Anyone know of any gaskets or barriers near the firewall that might need to be replaced that could leak into the interior?
