Chevrolet Tracker Clutch Problem

I have replaced the thermostat, radiator, and the fan clutch on my 2001 tracker and I can go about 10 miles and it will start to overheat, I hear a squealing sound and the temp will go down to cool, but when the squealing stops it will go back up to hot. What can I do to fix this problem.

So is the squealing the belt slipping and not turning the water pump and fan enough so it doesn't overheat?
