My daughter has a 2001 Tracker and on the instrument panel only the tachometer side is lit at night when lights are on. The Dimmer switch functions as normal but again only on the one side of the instrument panel. The Speedometer side is dark all the time.

Is this as simple as a bad bulb? How do you reach it ti change it
