I have power to every thing on the suburban but it will not even turn over. Wondering about relay fuses?

Have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check for voltage at the smaller wire on the starter, You should get 12v. If you do, remove the starter and have it bench tested, If you don't get power, check the starter relay to see if there is power there.
