Chevrolet Suburban Wheel Problem

My drivers side front wheel vibrates at over 60 mph. I have recently mounted 24" wheels on it and suspected that it needed alignment and balancing. I've done both twice and it still vibrates. The few times that ive aligned it (sears) I ask the techs to inspect the suspension and they say everything is perfect. Could it be the hub? The wheel has a small slight bend on the lip, could it be that? Thanks for your help.

If you balanced it and had an alignment, I would say you have a bent rim. If it was the hub bearing, you would hear it too.
