2001 Chevrolet Silverado Rythmic clicking under dash

Clicking happens even with engine off and ignition switch on. Although it is a little faster when engine is running.

Appears to be from behind brake in black box

Happens when all AC off or on and when air is max or normal no changes

Not turn signals they work normal

leaning toward blend door or some ac door actuator
