2001 Chevrolet Silverado Repair Question

Expensive noise 2001 2500HD
I have a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD and it has a weird noise coming from the left front wheel that sounds like something is caught in the brakes or between the rotor and pads? and when i turn to the left the sound goes away and to the right gets worse does anyone have any idea's?

Could be a brake assembly, wheel bearing and drive axle/boot/CV joint
