Chevrolet Monte Carlo Fuse Problem

I have two radiator fans when i bought the car i notice that the fan on the passenger side was unplugged and the coolent level sensor also i had to replace the radiator cause my fans stop working i checked my fuses and both were blow i replace the fuses, and plugged both fans up started my car and the fan on the driver side came on but the other one didnt. but one fuse blew and now both fans dont work.what do i do?

the wiring and fans both need to be have a draw test as they may be drawing too much currnet and are worn out.

the coolant sensor being unplugged show 300 plus degrees to the pcm and commands the fans on. bad move whoever did it.
