I disconnect and reconnect battery after 30 seconds car starts right up

When turning key nothing comes on but once I disconnect and reconnect battery after 30 seconds car starts right up. Changed ignition and cylinder and still doing samething is there anything I can do or is it the body control module

Check battery for condition including load test auto part s do this. Make sure terminal ends are clean and tight then check the fusible link running off of fuse box it may only have a couple of strands holding it and needs all of them.
