Chevrolet Impala Instrument cluster Problem
I need to replace the turn signal flasher. Have looked under dash from bottom, but can't find it. If it is under the dash, how do I remove the dash to get behind the instrument cluster. Thanks you for any help that you can give me.

Its part of the hazzard switch.

I need to know where it is located and if you need to go up from the bottom or down from the top to reach flasher.

I already said its part of the hazzard switch meaning to replace it you would have to replace the hazzard switch.So how do you know its bad?If you don't know where it is to test it?
