Chevrolet Blazer Blower motor Problem
The blower motor works but not on number 4 high speed. replaced relay and still does not work. have tried a resistor that you have to cutout to get to it, and put a new switch inside the dash and still does not work on high. I have replaced the relay twice in the last year, and now replacing it does not solve the problem.

replace the blower resistor. it is next to the blower motor.
