- 2001 Astro van stopped running. Had to have towed. Fuel pump runs when key turned on.

I'd start testing with the basics. If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it, while you visually check for spark at the plugs. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure, engine cranking. I'd do some testing, before replacing anything. How long since a tune-up?
