Car was driven and ran fine parked over night and in the morning when the key was turned to start nothing happened no noise or anything. The car has had the alternator replaced last week. I have tried to check relays and fuses with no luck. I have tried shifting into neutral and still nothing. The following day I went to check the car again and now its completely dead.

This happens when the battery cables are loose or corroded, the fact that the alternator was replaced means the battery was disconnected. Please go over this guide to fix the problem.
