2001 Buick Park Avenue Repair Question

Buick Park Avenue Fuel pump Problem
Intermentent no start problem, car runs normal when it starts.
pressed the little schreader valve after cranking the engine over and not even a drop of gas came out
checked fuses under hood with a test light and checked out o.k.
how can i check the fuel pump relay?
is there another fuse somewhere else?
havent looked at a wiring diagram yet

So it cranks and no start with no fuel pressure?If so smack the center of the gas tank while cranking with your hand if it starts bad fuel pump.
