2001 Buick Lesabre Repair Question

I just got a used car, and i was told that i have a bad front right caliper.
When i get it on the freeway, if i turn the wheel to the right at all, it makes a rubbing noise. it is on the same wheel that the caliper is bad on. Is that noise the caliper as well?

Inspect the driveaxle on that side CV Joints/Boots
