2001 BMW X5 Repair Question

The X5 does not start asking for the CODE
I removed the instrument cluster to install chrome rings. After installing the cluster again the car did not start. What are the causes and how to remove this code issue because I purchased the car pre-owned and I do not know any code.

You may not have securely re attached the cluster loom/s check this first.

they push and lock in, just make sure that they are all locked in.
