2001 BMW 330ci Repair Question

Startup
I was looking at a 2003 325i and when the car was started heard a noise from either the water pump area or alternator area. once the car was warmed up and drivin i pop the hood and listen and didn't hear anything. should i be concerned ?

No. It is likely the deflection or tensioner pulley. It is typical and easily repaired.
