2001 BMW 330 Repair Question

My car runs, but the red battery light is on, the abs yellow light is on, and my radio stop working? what is the dignose
I put the battery cables backwards and i guess i damage something ellectrical, i did check the fuse box but all the fuses are fine.

Have the alt tested. You may have damaged it.
