Try this:

PROGRAMMING
SYNCHRONIZING REMOTE CONTROL TRANSMITTERS
NOTE:If vehicle cannot be locked or unlocked, synchronize existing remote control transmitters before diagnosing.

Press any button on remote control transmitter and within one minute lock or unlock driver's door lock. System is now synchronized.
CODING REMOTE CONTROL TRANSMITTERS
NOTE:Every new non-encoded remote control unit MUST BE re-coded for the central locking control module. Two separate keys are needed to perform this procedure. Up to 4 separate remote control transmitters can be programmed, but ignition must be turned off between each coding procedure. If only one remote control unit is replaced, ALL transmitters must be reprogrammed.

Turn ignition on (using second key#. Use scan tool to read measuring block value 003 to see how many transmitters are coded to module. See FUNCTION MODE 08: READING MEASURED VALUE BLOCK. READ MEASURING VALUE BLOCK 3 0 0001 0 0000 will be displayed. Second display field #0001# indicates that one transmitter is programmed to vehicle.
Lock vehicle from driver-side door lock using key to be coded. Press unlock button on transmitter 2 times #3 times for third transmitter, 4 times for fourth transmitter# within 5 seconds of locking vehicle. Turn signals will flash and horn will sound to indicate module received signal from transmitter. Wait 5 seconds after turn signals flash and horn sounds.
Press unlock button on transmitter one more time. Turn ignition off and remove key from ignition switch. Operate remote control transmitter. Scan tool second display field should now display #0011# indicating that 2 transmitters are programmed to vehicle.
REMOVING REMOTE CONTROL TRANSMITTERS FROM MEMORY
NOTE:This procedure is helpful if customer loses a remote transmitter. All transmitters programmed to central locking module will be erased. Two separate keys are needed to perform this procedure.

Turn ignition switch on #using the first key). Use second key to manually lock doors from outside vehicle. Press unlock button 5 times in one second intervals, on any remote transmitter programmed to vehicle. Horn will sound shortly each time button is pressed.
After 6 seconds, press unlock button once, on any remote transmitter programmed to vehicle, to confirm transmitter no longer operates central locking system. Turn ignition off. Up to 4 new and/or existing transmitters can now be programmed to vehicle. See CODING REMOTE CONTROL TRANSMITTERS.
