Vdc fault

Occasionaly the vdc systems cuts in whilst driving (so far only in wet weather) and brakes the drivers side front wheel, causing the car to steer to the right. both front tyres are same make and model, same tyre pressure. can you advise what could be causing this?

There have been a few vehicles that have had this and most have been diagnosed as a faulty connection in the ECU loom plug, i would get this checked first.
