2000 Volvo V70 Repair Question

Volvo V70 Radio Problem
Changed alternator and the radio will not reset with 4 digit code. I've replaced the battery before and had no problems with resetting in the past. What can you suggest?

Have you had the radio replaced already? The code could be different? At this point you would need to get the serial number from the radio and give it to the parts department so that they can retrieve the code for you.
