What would cause my 2000 v6 passat wagen to just startnot going over 25mil.per.hr. and making a clinking sound when I put in gear? HELP
JUST DROVE IN THE MORNING WAS FINE WENT TO GO TO WORK IT WOULDN'T GO OVER 25 AND IS MAKING CLINKING SOUND WHEN I HAVE IT IN GEAR START FIND HAVE NO T DROVE THE CAR SENCE.

Could be a transmission problem. Slipping. Also could be a motor mount making the noise and a clogged catalytic converter not letting it go fast.
