How to repair electric window on a vw lupo

an idiot guide please!!

Both now not working!!

I have removed switches and they seem to be in good working order...no corrosion etc and they still click when you press them. The interior light dips when I do this and i understand this indicates drain on the power when the motors are labouring to work???
