Leak but there are no wet puddles?

Hi I need to top up my cars water 2/3 times a week I can't see a leak and there is no wet puddles under my car when I move it it still starts and runs fine I just can't see y it is using all that water

I am assuming coolant leak. Get a pressure test as it can come from many places and then we can further assist you.

The car had now started makeing a noise from the exhaust only when the car is sitting it still feels fine when driving
