2000 Toyota Vitz Repair Question

I have recently had problems with overheating the car******, stops and th red light comes one. we have changed the thermostat, flushed the radiator
But still the problem does seem to end. I also serviced the car less than a week ago. What could be the problem?

Check the radiator if its clogged, water pump defective and airlock in the cooling system-cooling fans not coming on.
